The tractor XL project was executed
for the company "Polyplast" – a large manufacturer of fibreglass
plastic articles. As far as we had to deal with plastic materials,
there were not any restrictions with respect to shaping, so the hood
section could be assembled of complex plastic surfaces. The construction
of the project made it possible as well to execute the front part
of the hood in a sloping manner, which extended the view from the
driver's position. To achieve these purposes, to provide convenience
and due concentration in the work process, a cab made in Hungary was
used in the project, chosen for its large glazed surfaces and well-thought-over
ergonomics of the workplace. The standard plastic parts were replaced
by more reliable, convenient pieces, compatible with the general composition. |
