The customer (company "Factor-Spezelectronica")
wanted to have not just a box with a cover and a button – the normal
look of similar devices – but a fire alarm device with interesting
and specific design and form. The principal requirements to the device
were distinctiveness against competitors and possibility to be used
in the premises where great emphasis is made on the look of interiors
and design. |

Despite a great number of limitations,
like, for example, prevalence of red colour on the front surface of
the device, as envisaged by state standards, seal and warning signs
with the font size not below … (all this unattractive in terms of
aesthetics), etc., the best possible form was found, having a soft
silhouette, with regard for necessary conditions of handling the device.
